Yes! There will be a replay added in the Club Calendar’s event post, typically within 1-2 business days after the event has ended, for anyone who can't attend live.

Yes. These events are specifically & only for Club members.
That said, you don’t have to STAY a Club member longterm if you don’t want to. Feel free to jump in or out whenever you see an event you want to participate in! The platform I use for the Club allows you to manage your membership subscription in the same way you would manage Netflix. Join when ya need/want it, and cancel when ya don’t, then renew if you want back in.
