Since learning about Mike’s system, I’ve actually learned how to pay myself and set money aside for various purposes in my business. Oh, and tax season is NEVER as nerve-wracking as it used to be! Easy to implement & Mike keeps ya entertained while he lays it all out on the table, from the how-tos to his own mistakes & failures.

Stop using post-it notes to cover your webcams & switch to this little gem that is STILL a sticker, but it has a sliding door to open or close the camera lens on a lot of popular devices, like my Macbook Pro (with the “notch”), iPad and iPhone depending on your screen covers.

A great (cheap) little clock to stick on your desk that can also be a Pomodoro timer or work like one, if you’re into that.

One thing I’ve learned is that we tend to take the full allotment of time that we give ourselves to complete a given task, and if ya give yourself all damn day, it’s gonna take all damn day. 😂 So if you want something that’s quick/easy to set, that’ll beep at ya when the time’s up, and you can see it counting down, this is a great little attractive gadget to put on your desk.

This desk is fantastic! It has a motor that raises and lowers the desktop/tabletop and even has 4 presets that you can set and customize for multiple users or different heights. The motor is pretty quiet, the tabletop is smooth with no cracks or gaps as it comes in one solid piece, and assembly was easy.

I absolutely LOVE my desk! I did a fair bit of research before buying and got almost everything on my wishlist, except drawer storage, but that’s not the end of the world, and still spent less than $300 USD!

I did A LOT of research on what to buy and could not be happier with this one!! Easy to assemble, I saved a ton on the price, and it works so much better than I expected. I can easily walk 1-2mph while doing precise/focused work, or up to 2.8mph while doing basic tasks, watching videos, etc. no problem! I love getting more movement throughout my workday and feel a lot more energy after just 1 week of doing this 1x a day.

Need a legit crystal clear HD webcam but don’t want to spend a fortune –and you already have an iPhone?

There are TWO really great options & one is FREE! No joke.

This software installs on your iPhone AND your computer allowing you to use your phone’s camera wirelessly or wired as a high-resolution webcam in all the main software you’re already using, including Zoom, Google Meet, Whereby, Descript, Facebook & YouTube streaming, etc. It’s actually WAY better quality than my C920X external webcam –and at least as good as my 2021 M1 Macbook Pro built-in FaceTime camera!

My favorite cookbooks for my Instant Pot also happen to be leaner recipes, –but don’t let that fool you because Brittany’s (author) recipes are sooo good! My ‘foodie’ of a husband even approves. 😉😂

I have all 3 of her cookbooks & loved them so much, I ended up buying one of each for family members & also gifted 6qt Instant Pot to them both too ––I wasn’t kidding when I said I loooove my Instant Pot!)

I don’t abide by her ingredients lists 100%; her family has special nutrition needs, so I’m able to sub out any unusual ingredients as needed and they still turn out lean & absolutely delicious!

Sick of making 50 trips to the microwave to nuke your cuppa joe because you got too focused on work & let it get cold? Never again. Keep it on the coaster & it’ll legit be hot ALL DAY long. Or off the coaster for up to 80/90 minutes. #luxurycoffeesplurge

If you’ve taken other Squarespace courses and feel pretty comfortable on the platform BUT you want to dive deeper, learning how to write your own custom code solutions for even more creative designs that are still client-friendly, –you’re ready for Standout Squarespace by Rache of SquareStylist. It’s one of the most comprehensive courses I’ve ever taken so it’s a big time commitment (it will take a few months to get through it all, or at least a month if you take time off to do the course full-time), ––but it’s worth every penny. Rache is an amazing teacher with such a creative mind!

I’ve been doing LOTS of client calls, recordings, meetings, tutorial videos, guest interviews, coaching calls, –and all things that ideally have better audio quality.

So… the internal mic on my Mac wasn’t cutting it anymore!

This super simple setup makes the sounds A LOT better. It comes with everything you need to set up & use it right out of the box –no software needed. (Add the adapter for Apple’s USB-C though!)*

It’s literally plug-and-play, works with everything you already use to stream, call or record, and your audio will sound lightyears better than it did before –all for less than a $100 bucks.

Paranoid about professional peepers? This cheap addition to my fav HD webcam just clips onto the face of the camera, with a lid that lifts up & out of the way when you want to use the camera & closes when ya don’t.

Want to raise up your computer for a video call without a double chin thing happening? ––Er, I meant, to keep it from getting hot on your desk & for better ergonomic positioning while ya work. 😉 Seriously sturdy, holds my 16” MacBook Pro’s webcam up near eye level no prob.

These are bone conduction earphones. They don’t go in your ear at all so you can hear everything happening around you. Definitely won’t win any sound quality awards, but they’re safer to use when you need to be aware of your surroundings & they have FANTASTIC battery life!

Killer sound & full immersion with the noise-canceling feature (which can be turned on OR off!), and decent battery life. With noise cancellation on, I can nearly drown out my husband’s band practice if I need to focus on work while he plays. With it off, I can hear everything around me, on top of the audio I’m playing. These are my FAVORITE earphones!

Did I mention I don’t “love” to cook? This wonderful machine toasts, air fries, bakes, convection bakes, and broils. I’ve literally used this for one almost every day for a couple years now: reheating, baking/broiling meats, toasting, air frying, etc. LOVE.

I don’t loathe cooking, but I don’t “love” it either. This Instant Pot makes ‘just enough’ of each meal I make in it to have leftovers the next day AND it cooks way faster than the oven or the stove.
